He is the Chief Idea Farmer at Lemon School of Entrepreneurship (LSE). He brings rich experience in talent management for DIY approach at Lemon School. His avid love for experimentation and taking offbeat paths filled with ‘crazy’ ideas has been a visible color in his self – made professional journey. His rich experience includes Managing Talent and People functions in IT industry. Before founding Lemon ideas, he co-founded Lambent Technologies (Now GlobalLogic). GlobalLogic investors made exit in 2013 with valuation of 420 million USD. He is founding volunteer with Youth based non-profit initiative ONE Foundation since 2011. He is diversely educated in Computer Engineering, Management and Psychology. He learned Creativity & Innovation from IIM Ahmedabad. Deepak firmly believes in change as mother of innovation and is on a mission Innovation by EveryONE! He loves Adventures, Driving, Music and Philanthropy. Paul D’Souza | Director Paul D’Souza is an entrepreneur based in Hong Kong with markets in Europe and UK. He is a manager by training and profession but an educator by passion. This passion got him involved in UNESCO APEID educational conferences and also got an opportunity to conduct a workshop in Bangkok for UNESCO EE-NET meet on entrepreneurship for educational leaders. He is liaising with the entrepreneurship development cell under the Ministry of Trade and Commerce of the Sri Lankan Government to make entrepreneurship a mass movement at university campuses and was invited to various universities around Sri Lanka to conduct entrepreneurship awareness programs for undergraduates. He is passionate about promoting entrepreneurship ethos at grass-root levels and thus got involved in promoting entrepreneurship as an alternative to employment at far flung private and government colleges affiliated to S V University, Andhra Pradesh. For the last ten years he has been actively involved in PD Leadership and Management programs/workshops for in-service, pre-service teachers and school leaders.He is the Director of ASMAC Philippines charged with international affairs and publications. Nitin has the credit of executing engagements in industry domains such as Insurance, Financial Services, Information Technology & Software Services, ITeS / Business Process Outsourcing, IT Infrastructure and PC Manufacturing. Nitin brings the technology leadership for Lemon entrepreneurs and start-up teams. Dr. Prabodh | Chair - Self & Psychology Dr. Prabodh chairs the Self & Psychology faculty at Lemon School of Entrepreneurship. Dr. Prabodh is the Director of Institute of Psycho Management Studies. He is a Spiritual Psychotherapist and Founder President of the Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, Nagpur. He had stints at the Reserve Bank of India as Consultant & Professional Counsellor and Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Bhavan’s College of Management and Department of Business Management as visiting Faculty. His vast experience and deeper understanding of human psyche would help lemon entrepreneurs discover themselves and get to the more awareness state. Mukesh Ashar | Chair - Behaviour Science Mukesh Ashar Chairs the Behavior Science faculty at Lemon School of Entrepreneurship. Mr. Mukesh is an entrepreneur and international trainer (JCI certified) with experience in telecom & industrial supply domain for last 25 years. He is a mechanical engineer and attended international trainee fellow program from JCI, USA. His training career showcases many programs from motivational training, train the trainers to behavioral & presentation skills since last 20 years. His hard core entrepreneurship skills and experience for training youth in developing these skills makes him the most experience person with over 1500 training programs for youth across the. Sanjay Arora | Chair - Entrepreneurial Marketing Sanjay is CEO, Shells Advertising and Chairs the Entrepreneurial Marketing faculty at Lemon School of Entrepreneurship. Shells advertising is a highly professional, full service Advertising Agency with a proven track record of over 25 years in leveraging its strategic and creative abilities to build strong brands. Sanjay is a specialist in Strategic Brand Communications, Creative Concept Development & Writing for Campaigns, Brochures, e-Brochures, Presentations, Websites etc. He is been faculty for Brand Management at IMT and at Department of Business Management with more than over 13 years of teaching experience. Sanjay has been part of founding team at Lemon School. Dr. Rajeev Roy | Chief Gardener Dr. Rajeev Roy is currently the Chief Gardener at Lemon School. He is a part of the founding team at Lemon. He is a Post graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has trained over 500 entrepreneurship educators on methodology and content in various countries including India. He is an entrepreneur and academician with rich teaching experience on entrepreneurship at premier institutions including IIM’s. Dr. Roy was professor with IIM Raipur and has taught Entrepreneurship for last 8 years. He was also Faculty for entrepreneurship and International Management at Loyola University, Baltimore and comes with years of experience in various fields. Prior to joining Loyola University, he was working as Associate Professor, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He has written a book on Entrepreneurship published by Oxford University press and has been adopted by over 300 colleges and Universities. Prof. Jeyavelu | Chair - Innovation S. Jeyavelu, a Fellow of IIM-A, is an Organization & Leadership Consultant. Dr. Vijay Pereira | Chair - Global Exposure Dr. Vijay Pereira, PhD, chairs the Global Exposure faculty at Lemon School of Entrepreneurship. He is an Associate Professor of International and Strategic HRM and holds the position of Leader in Knowledge Services (Human Capital Development) in the Organisation Studies and HRM group at the Portsmouth Business School, University of Portsmouth, UK. He holds six academic qualifications, and has published in several leading journals such as HRM, the Journal of World Business, International Studies of Management & Organization, Culture & Organisation, International Journal of Indian Culture & Business Administration, etc. He is the Area/Associate Editor (OB/HRM) of the Journal of Asia Business Studies (JABS). Uday Wankawala | Mentor - Business Development Uday Wankawala is actively engaged in Indian Start-up Eco-system as a Collaborator, facilitator & motivator. Poonam Menaria | Mentor - Self Awareness Poonam Menaria is a Self-Awareness mentor at Lemon School of Entrepreneurship. She is a professional in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy with specialization in Career, Relationship, Personal Counseling, Facilitation and Training. She is Director with Lighthouse People Services. Poonam is M.S. in Psychotherapy and Counseling, M.Sc. in counseling psychology, Master NLP Practitioner, USA, Advance TA practitioner and member of SAATA. She is keenly on experiential learning path with various Self learning processes and techniques that includes Vipassana Meditation, Spiritual Life Integration, Family Constellation workshop, certificate course in Yoga, Deepak Chopra Center meditation challenge, Gestalt processes and journey continues. Dr. Dwarika Prasad Uniyal | Mentor - Consumer Insights and Trends Dr.Uniyal is the founding faculty member at IIM Kashipur where he was also the first Chairperson of Placements and Corporate relations. In the past he was the founding Dean of Jindal Global Business School, O P Jindal Global University and founding Head of Department at SP Jain Global School of Management, Dubai. In a career spanning 15 years he served as faculty member with MICA and SPJIMR, Mumbai where he taught marketing area subjects. The Govt. of India nominated him as National expert in Retailing in Asian Productivity Organization, Tokyo. Chet Jain | Mentor - Crowd Sourcing Chet Jain is an entrepreneur with infectious passion for whatever he does. Crowdera is his current startup and he believe it stands a chance of being a dominant leader in social good crowdfunding space, with it’s unique spin on free platform. He has also founded multiple large meet up groups (NoPay Startups & The Vegetarians) with over 1000 people in memberships. Abhijeet Kumar | Fund Mentor Abhijeet Kumar is the fund mentor at Lemon School of Entrepreneurship. Armed with a B.Tech from IIT Mumbai, Abhijeet worked with Deloitte Consulting as an Associate Consultant before moving on to start his own company, Pronto Infotech, in the ITES space. He is co-founder of Ah ! Ventures which is instrumental in supporting start-ups for their funding needs. He has worked with numerous clients across industries and in various functional domains including Tax, Retail, HR, E-Commerce, Web, Supply Chain, Technology, Banking and others.
