That’s the only reason we came up with this unique workshop for the first time in Central India in Nagpur “Idea to Reality”. With an intense desire to support Central India’s Startups/Businesses & Entrepreneurs, Lemon is dedicatedly working on making success mantras for upcoming entrepreneurs from last 4 years.

‘Idea to Reality’ workshop is an experiential learning program intended to guide new age entrepreneurs to convert their idea into reality. The workshop focuses on guiding the participants through a step by step process to build an enterprise based on a proven approach i.e, LEMON 6E’s model. The workshop will support the participants to understand 17 Attributes of an Entrepreneur required to operate the venture successfully. The workshop through simulation games helps understand, experience to manage different variables in a venture operation. It aims to help them understand the changing scenarios, to learn new skills and competencies needed to become a successful entrepreneur.

Deepak is a passionate Creator, Executor and brings along multiple creations. He is the Chief Idea Farmer at Lemon School of Entrepreneurship (LSE). He brings rich experience in talent management for DIY approach at Lemon School. His avid love for experimentation and taking offbeat paths filled with ‘crazy’ ideas has been a visible color in his self – made professional journey. His rich experience includes Managing Talent and People functions in IT industry. Before founding Lemon ideas, he co-founded Lambent Technologies (Now GlobalLogic). GlobalLogic investors made exit in 2013 with valuation of 420 million USD. He is founding volunteer with Youth based non-profit initiative ONE Foundation since 2011. He is diversely educated in Computer Engineering, Management and Psychology. He learned Creativity & Innovation from IIM Ahmedabad. Deepak firmly believes in change as mother of innovation and is on a mission Innovation by EveryONE! Deepak has mentored around 15+ startup ideas and 500+ talent-professionals as part of his personal interest in youth training and mentorship during 15+ years of rich experience. He loves Adventures, Driving, Music and Philanthropy.
