His rich experience includes Managing Talent and People functions in IT industry. Before founding Lemon ideas, he co-founded Lambent Technologies (Now GlobalLogic). GlobalLogic investors made exit in 2013 with valuation of 420 million USD. He is founding volunteer with Youth based non-profit initiative ONE Foundation since 2011. He is diversely educated in Computer Engineering, Management and Psychology. He learned Creativity & Innovation from IIM Ahmedabad.
